Beaver equipment guarantee its products against defects and manufacturing within a limited proper use and in normal conditions of use for a period of one year or 2000 hours, (first to come) and starting from the date invoice. All replaced parts during the warranty period will be covered by the warranty but will still be in progress and does not extend it.

In case of application: the customer will have to produce proof of the defect product.all informations,pictures, serial number and estimation cost to repair,should be send to Beaver equipment.

This warranty does not apply to the dommanges caused by normal wear or results of accident, misuse, neglect, improper handling of, or poorly installed products or modified or other than those not written to Beaver equipment.

Beaver Equipment; do not manufacture any hydraulic part or components. All hydraulic components and parts are warranted directly by our suppliers and IT IS FOR a period of six months from the date of invoice. Installation and repair of hydraulic parts or components should always be performed by a qualified technician.

Event of a failure of hydraulic components or parts the technician must examine the evidence and all these related components that could be damaged.

When customer replaces or remanufactures any hydraulic parts or component of the hydraulic system, it is very important and recommends isolating and decontaminating the hydraulic system before handling or repairs or makes any modifications.

If Beaver Equipments instructions are not respected from the customer. Beaver Equipment will not apply the guarantees. Hydraulic parts or components must be as originals. If repair, alteration or change has been made on the authority of Beaver Equipment, hydraulic parts or components must be sent to Beaver equipment’s office.

The warranty obligations are limited to the Beaver Equipment product of. The hourly rate allocated, will discuss if applicable. Repairs or replacements shall be made by Beaver Equipment or by an expert authorized by Beaver Equipment only.

All repairs must be assessed and approved by Beaver Equipment before the work has been begun.
